We often find some people difficult to deal with due to a variety of factors, including personality clashes, differing communication styles, and conflicting values or goals.
As managers, we are sometimes unable to find ways to inspire these people to do things our way or look at things from our perspective or produce the required results. Most often, people who are difficult to deal with are missing emotional maturity and have a victim mindset. They react to situations either as rebels or become submissive.
